At 3DM Lifestyle, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
